VACANCY: Technical Administrator 

REPORTING: AMO Accountable Manager

LOCATION: Durban

Position Overview 

Aero Support Force Africa (Pty) Ltd has a requirement for a knowledgeable, proactive, and safety-focused individual to fill a position as a Technical Administrator.

The Technical Administrator is responsible for the structured administration, coordination and regulatory compliance of maintenance crew operations across all jurisdictions. The role reports operationally to the Accountable Manager and provides financial and HR alignment support to the Head of Maintenance.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintenance Crew Deployment Coordination

  • Coordinate all maintenance crew deployments (local & international).
  • Manage visa and work permit applications.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation and transport.
