Technical Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical & Device Maintenance
Perform servicing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for aesthetic and medical devices (e.g., laser and treatment machines) to ensure they operate safely and efficiently.

Conduct installation, calibration, testing, and routine inspections on equipment.

Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.

2. Device Coordination & Logistics
Coordinate delivery, rotation, and movement of device parts and equipment.

Assist in ordering medical device parts as required.

3. Compliance & Documentation Support
Assist in preparing for GDPMD (Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices) internal audits.

Oversee and support the MDA (Medical Device Authority) registration process, including product verification and Medcast submission.

Monitor the application process for new and renewed device registrations.
