Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and coordinate client incidents to ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in Release approval meetings to ensure customer releases are delivered as committed.
  • Act as Incident Manager for critical customer incidents when needed.
  • Work closely with product and project teams to support successful deployment of client solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise in infrastructure, troubleshooting, networking, DevOps, and application development.
  • Support cloud-based systems, including AWS, EKS, and Client-Server Linux environments.
  • Liaise with global or APAC customers and internal teams effectively.
