Qmulus Solutions is a Virtual Staffing Solution based in Victoria, BC, Canada. We continue to grow our offshore team in the Philippines, and we are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our team
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be the customer's main point of contact in growing their use of the product, helping them find new use cases, and their liaison with support and engineering.
Job Description:
Train customers on how to use the product
Confidently demonstrate all new features as they are added
Build customer relationships and ensure the relationships remain a positive experience
Proactively engage with customers to find additional use cases for their environment
Conduct regular meetings and QBRs with both the technical and executive customer teams
Collaborate with customers and the product team to address feature requests, ensuring their expectations are met in a timely manner
