Role Summary
Technical Account Manager – Serves as the primary IT point of contact for assigned programs, supporting internal and external clients throughout the lifecycle of client programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary technology point of contact for assigned programs and facilitation of business needs back to the Technology organization.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders on business needs and executions.
- Act as a conduit between customers and product and service developers, providing customer feedback and insights about the effectiveness of the services provided.
- Identify client needs and inform them of updates or upgrades that may benefit their business.
- Communicate new or growth strategies to Technology in a timely manner and ensure compliance with program technology contractual commitments throughout the lifecycle of the program.
