The Role
Become the vital link between our key business clients and our technical heart. As a Technical Account Manager, you will use your Technical expertise to probe and understand requirement, networking expertise to manage client relationships, advocate for their needs, and ensure services run flawlessly. You will translate complex technical situations into trusted partnerships and clear business communication.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary technical liaison for a portfolio of key business clients.
Lead client communication and coordination during major incidents or service escalations.
Conduct proactive service reviews and analyze performance metrics (SLAs, trends) to deliver insightful reports.
Collaborate with NOC engineers and network teams to troubleshoot issues and coordinate changes.
