By collaborating closely with merchants, you will help them adopt advanced features, optimize their listings, and achieve measurable outcomes within 30 days.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end technical onboarding for TikTok Shop merchants
• Integrate storefronts with TikTok Shop, syncing products and inventory
• Troubleshoot SKU mapping, variant issues, and fulfillments
• Educate merchants on advanced features and independent operations
• Collaborate with teams to optimize merchant success
