Technical Account Manager

Key Duties:

  • Manage the client’s overall journey
  • Assist in the management of onboarding and offboarding of clients with provisioning team.
  • Understand and assist in the delivery of client’s IT strategy
  • Coordinate monthly/quarterly meetings and provide relevant reports
  • Maintain client details and build client profile for activity-based hospitality
  • Manage client ticket escalations to ensure a timely resolution
  • Identify and provide additional sale opportunities within client panel
  • Provide additional support and assistance to client base as required
