Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the annual technical training plan for the South African region
- Coordinate and deliver scheduled and ad hoc technical training programmes
- Liaise with internal technical departments, regional management and dealer networks to coordinate training requirements
- Design and customise training programmes to meet the needs of different learner groups
- Deliver product knowledge and maintenance training to internal technical and service teams
- Coordinate and conduct customer training sessions both on-site and at training facilities
- Develop and maintain technical training manuals, presentations and learning materials
- Ensure training content remains aligned with new products and technical updates
