Provides mobile X-ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other clients. Ensures high-quality imaging, accurate documentation, and professional communication to support patient care and diagnosis.
Responsibilities:
- Operate portable digital (DR) or computed radiography (CR) equipment to perform diagnostic X-rays.
- Unload and transport portable X-ray equipment to facilities and position it for optimal imaging.
- Obtain clinically diagnostic X-ray images that meet technical standards for interpretation.
- Perform EKG procedures as needed and transmit results to cardiologists for review.
- Scan and submit exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of X-ray equipment and vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, peers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
