Write and provide administrative support for technical order and engineering change documents related to US Coast Guard surface fleet logistics. Consult with subject matter experts such as architects, engineers, and mechanics to ensure documents and project plans are complete and accurate. Maintain engineering change project files in accordance with established procedures and style guides. Draft prototype packages for review and signature. Coordinate reviews of preliminary and final engineering change documents. Support the execution of technical order and engineering change development and deployment functions.
Provide support to assist the agency with Time Compliant Technical Order (TCTO)/Engineering Change (EC) and administrative support.
