CallTek is seeking a Recruitment specialist to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with hiring managers, source candidates through multiple channels, conduct interviews, and maintain candidate records in our ATS.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in technical recruitment, strong communication, and ethical recruiting practices, thriving in a fast-paced environment and coordinating team activities such as job fairs.
