Role Summary

The Tech Support/ IT Administrator exists to manage all IT access provisioning, system troubleshooting, and internal tech support across the organization. As our in‑house IT backbone, you will eliminate dependency on costly external IT consultants, ensure secure and compliant access management, and deliver rapid issue resolution for every employee across our full SaaS stack. You are the first line of defense for keeping Chai Vision's teams running smoothly—and a key contributor to our day‑to‑day operational security.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage user access provisioning and de‑provisioning across all company systems within required SLA windows
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Monday.com, 1Password, and other business‑critical platforms
