Tech Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain servers and backend systems
• Monitor system performance, security, and uptime
• Handle client support related to registration and payment issues
• Perform daily system testing* to ensure stability, performance, and bug detection
• Draft official letters and basic documentation when required
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Assist with ad hoc technical tasks* when required

Requirements:

• Able to write and manage *your own code (no vibe coding)
• Minimum 2 years of working experience is an added advantage
• Experience in *AI-related projects* is a strong bonus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
