We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional support for healthcare monitoring devices and related technology. In this role, you will assist customers and healthcare providers in troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless device operation to enhance patient safety and quality of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to customers, healthcare providers, and internal teams for healthcare devices, including but not limited to telehealth monitors, Lifeline devices, and related medical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly and efficiently via phone, email, or remote sessions.
- Guide customers through device setup, configuration, and usage, ensuring they understand all functionalities.
