Technical Support Professional - Managed Services Provider (In-Office Only)

Location: BC Lower Mainland

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Work Arrangement: In-office only (not hybrid, not remote)

About The Role: We are a Managed Services Provider (MSP) supporting a wide range of business clients across different industries and technical environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and direct client interaction , and who understands the pace and structure of MSP work.

This is not a single-environment internal IT role. You’ll support multiple clients, manage competing priorities, and work within a structured, ticket-driven support model. This role is in-office only. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.
