Technology & Engineering Division Senior Advisor. Work on a leading SaaS platform used by global brands. Tackle complex client queries, debug front-end code, and deliver outstanding support. Hybrid: 50% onsite, 50% remote.
Location & Compensation
Location: Staines – just 50 mins from Central London & close to Reading
Salary: £41,000 + Hybrid flexibility
What you’ll do
- Own technical issues from ticket to resolution, ensuring clients get fast, clear answers.
- Debug front-end code, investigate web stack issues, and work closely with other tech teams when needed.
- Support SaaS platform customers with a mix of technical skill, clear communication, and genuine customer care.
What you’ll bring
- 2–4+ years’ experience in technical support, helpdesk, or engineering, ideally with SaaS products.
