- Provide Customer Support

- Provide exceptional support while communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.

- Resolve tickets Analyze customer reported information to identify problems and concerns.

Eligibility:

- 6 months experience in Customer care

- Good communication skills

Educational Qualification:

Any Graduate.UG

Min 1 year Chat Experience

Compensation 27,000 in hand 4,00,000 pa

Shift: 24*7

Work Days: 5 days working with 2 days rotational offs
