Job Description
The position is with an internet provider company, main activity is tech support via CHAT, you will also be providing customer service, and crossed sales through the same chat platform.
✔ It is required to have 1 year of call center experience, tech support is desirable)
✔ The salary is approximately 14k per month before taxes
✔Rate per hour of 83mxn before taxes.
✔The schedule during training will be Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
✔ The availability needed after training is Monday-Sunday from 7am to 10pm (schedules are 9 hrs per day and you will have two consecutive days off)
✔Job is on site.
✔The training is 100% paid from the first day
✔ We provide legal benefits from the first day and medical and life insurances after 3 months.
