Role Responsibilities:

  • Handle user account setup, modifications, password resets and permission assignments
  • Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory and Group Policy-related issues
  • Address performance bottlenecks and configure remote access via RD Gateway
  • Provide printer configuration and file share permission support

Key Deliverables:

  • Ensure timely resolution of support tickets related to Windows administration
  • Maintain system stability through proactive problem and incident management
  • Optimize system and user performance using Group Policies and AD tools
  • Document standard troubleshooting procedures and resolution workflows
