Tech / Sr Tech / AE1 - FOL Process

Job Description:

• To assist the process engineer in achieving test yield target. 
• To maintain and qualify equipment, tools/ fixtures for production used. 
• Perform periodic verification and calibration on equipment/ tools/ fixtures. 
• To provide technical support on process to ensure uninterrupted production. 
• Execute small improvement project to improve process performance and efficiency. 
• Do ' whatever it takes' to meet or exceed our customers' expectation in compliance with the Quality Policy. 
• Responsible for the overall product yields. He/ she is responsible to establish and implement all appropriate actions to improve the yields. 
• Monitoring reaction plans to improve product yield. 
• Responsible for the product documentation (eg. Product specification, etc.). 
• Responsible for product transfer readiness and activities.
