Tech Recruiter

This is a hands-on tech recruiting role for someone who loves building strong pipelines, closing solid hires, and staying very close to hiring managers. You will hire for roles across backend, frontend, SDET, QA, DevOps, infrastructure and other product functions. You will be the face of LambdaTest for many candidates, from first contact to the offer stage.

Responsibilities

Own hiring for tech roles:

• Run end-to-end hiring for assigned tech roles, from the intake call to offer.
• Write clean, clear JDs with hiring managers.
• Decide sourcing mix and keep a steady pipeline running at all times.
