Tech Recruiter / IT Headhunter
to join our team and help us scale high-quality technical talent across LATAM for international clients.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong recruitment foundation who wants to
grow deeply into technical headhunting
, working alongside experienced Tech Leads who will support technical validation and fine-tuning.

If you're curious, proactive, and motivated to master IT recruiting beyond generic processes, we want to talk.

What you'll be doing

Actively source and recruit
technical profiles
(developers, tech leads, architects, DevOps, data, IoT, etc.).

Engage with
passive candidates
and generate interest in long-term, challenging opportunities.

Conduct
competency-based interviews
