Job Description

Sutherland Global in Clark, Philippines is seeking an experienced Trainer to design and deliver staff training, maintain documentation, and ensure learners reach performance goals. You will coordinate with clients and teams to tailor materials, and facilitate multi-week new hire training and nesting sessions.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years of trainer experience in tech, strong MS Office skills, and excellent English communication.
