Required experience and type of company: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Excellent communication skills in English (fluent).Proven experience as a Technical Senior Manager or similar leadership role in software development. Strong technical background in Java and Spring framework. Experience working on complex international projects, preferably with US-based clients. Knowledge and practical experience with AI platforms to accelerate development processes. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
