Tech Lead Software Engineer

Role overview
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Tech Lead to own the technical direction and operational reliability of our POS SaaS product. You will be a hands‑on full‑stack engineer back end, React Native mobile/front end), AWS solutions and DevOps expert, and a people leader who can build and coach a small engineering team (3–5 engineers). Your mission: design and maintain a secure, highly available, and scalable platform, establish best practices, and drive delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, design and implement scalable, fault‑tolerant systems on AWS to support our POS SaaS platform.
• Lead hands‑on development: services (APIs, business logic), React Native mobile apps, and integrations.
• Own platform reliability: load balancing (ALB/ELB), auto‑scaling, failover, backup & recovery, SLA monitoring.
