About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to guide our development team in building scalable, AI-powered EdTech solutions. You will drive architecture decisions, mentor developers, lead our adoption of agentic AI capabilities, and ensure delivery of high-quality applications using , React / , MySQL, and Google Cloud Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor frontend & backend developers
  • Design and deliver scalable full-stack solutions
  • Define and drive the technical strategy for integrating agentic AI features (, AI tutoring assistants, content generation, adaptive learning workflows) into the product
  • Architect and build agentic AI systems , including LLM orchestration, tool-calling, and RAG pipelines , either directly or through close oversight of the team building them
