Salesforce Tech Lead (7 to 10 years)

  • Overview: Own end-to-end technical delivery on Salesforce, lead solution design, mentor engineers, and drive quality, performance, and secure integrations across a complex enterprise environment.

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Architecture: Translate business requirements into scalable designs, patterns, and design documents.

  • Technical Leadership: Lead developers; set coding standards, review PRs, coach on best practices and governor limits.

  • Build & Development: Implement Apex (classes, triggers, batch, queueable), LWC/Aura, Flows, and platform events with robust testing.

  • Integrations: Design and implement REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, OAuth, middleware integration, and error handling.
