Salesforce Tech Lead - Sales and Service Cloud - FSM Processes - Hybrid - India
Empiric are currently working alongside a global retail leader to find a Salesforce Tech Lead with strong Sales and Service Cloud experience to lead and capable of handling a team size of 6 to 8 people working in different geographies. This will be in the area of Development and Support Tickets.
The Tech Lead should have good hands on technical experience in Sales and Service Cloud, ideally 8+ years. Experience of working for large professional IT consultancies is essential.
The Salesforce Tech Lead must knowledge on Agile Scrum Processes.
