T-Innova, a Barcelona-based sports facility software specialist, seeks a Tech Lead to own the technical direction and guide a modernization of a mature, on-premise installed base toward cloud-ready, multi-tenant SaaS. You’ll mentor the engineering team, establish coding standards, introduce CI/CD, testing, IaC, and explore AI initiatives to enhance development and product capabilities across Spain and Latin America.
