We are looking for an experienced React Team Lead to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in modern React along with the ability to mentor teams and drive frontend best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of complex React applications and UI architecture
- Build scalable, reusable components using React 18/19, Hooks, Context API
- Manage global state using Redux / Recoil / React Query
- Collaborate with backend teams for API integration and data flow
- Ensure performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
