Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Software Engineer (Tech Lead - Python UI GCP), you will:
- Full-Stack Development Leadership: Be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the entire project, encompassing frontend (Angular), API, and backend (Python), including any necessary tools.
- Technical Design & Standards: Develop technical standards, define criteria for deliverables, and establish test strategies.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Handle client calls and presentations as needed, demonstrating very good communication skills. Collaborate effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Metrics & Optimization: Work with teams and leadership to develop meaningful metrics for project success and continuous improvement.
