New year, new resolutions. Some people promise the gym; others promise fewer carbs. This one's simpler. A Tech Lead role where you're trusted, challenged, and not buried under nonsense. We're looking for a Tech Lead who can keep complex environments humming, clients smiling, and P1 incidents from turning into full‑blown teleseryes. You'll lead technically, mentor generously, and step in when things get spicy. Calm head, sharp skills, zero panic.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership
  • Lead a dedicated team as their technical go‑to.
  • Guide, review, unblock, and occasionally save the day.

  • Review L2 and L3 tickets and handle the gnarly stuff.
  • Own P1 incidents and drive them to resolution without drama.
• Proactive issue management
  • Review service catalogues and client environments.
  • Identify improvements across multiple clients.
