Responsibilities

• Development Management: Setting goals and planning the development process for the team; estimating task implementation time; organizing and facilitating team rituals; creating product QA process; participating in testing and delivery processes.
• Team Management: Creating a support team from scratch (onboarding, retaining, etc.); supporting professional growth of employees; working with strengths and weaknesses; building a culture of collective responsibility; creating a culture of trust, creativity and mentorship; updating competency map and personal development tracks; defining future technologies and architecture; participating in architectural solutions discussion.
