Role Description

The TECH LEAD — LÍDER TÉCNICO DE PLATAFORMA (FULL-STACK) is a full-time, hybrid role based in Monterrey, NLE, with flexibility for partial work from home. This position is responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of Cantarell Systems’ core platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across front‑end and back‑end services. The role involves guiding a multidisciplinary engineering team, defining technical standards and best practices, reviewing code, and coordinating architecture decisions that align with business priorities.
