Role: Tech Lead - GenAI and AgenticAI


Location and Work Model: Karachi (predominantly remote, with occasional hybrid/on-site requirements as required)

About the Role:

NorthBay Solutions, a global AWS Consulting Partner with distributed teams across the US, Canada, UAE, India, and Pakistan, is hiring high-caliber Tech Lead Generative AI Experts with proven hands-on experience in building Agentic AI applications.

This role is ideal for someone who has 12+ years of software engineering, AI/ML and leadership experience and is now focused on autonomous AI agents, tool-using LLMs, LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
