Job Description: Accessibility (A11y) Test Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accessibility (A11y) Test Engineer to support Google-aligned products and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Accessibility Testing & Validation
Perform manual and automated accessibility testing on web, Android, iOS, and cross‑platform interfaces.
Validate compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2, ARIA standards, Section 508, and Google's internal accessibility guidelines.
Conduct Testing Using Assistive Technologies, Including
Screen readers (TalkBack, VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS)
Switch devices
Keyboard-only workflows (tab, focus order, shortcuts)
Zoom and magnifiers
High-contrast and color-blindness simulation tools
Issue Identification & Reporting
