Ampstek is seeking a Technology Lead – COTS Appliance Support / Desktop Support Engineer in Finland. The role combines application support (L2/L3), incident and change management, and production deployments in a hybrid work environment.

You will work with dashboards, automation, and network analytics, leveraging ITIL practices and telecom knowledge to ensure stable operations across core networks and services.
