Tech Engineer

Responsibilities

 Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations

 Respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests promptly

 Troubleshoot network issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems

 Document incidents, procedures, and resolutions accurately

 Perform routine network health checks and preventive maintenance

 Assist in maintaining network security and compliance

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

 Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)

 Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix)

 Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
