Job Description
Serve as the key point of contact for all data and analytics services/projects for Strategic Partnership Program.
Operate in a flexible and agile way to drive efficiency and improvements.
Take ownership of creating reports and insights from data ingested through excel reports and create visualization in PowerBI. Knowledge of ingesting data from tools such as Jira, ADO, ServiceNow is a plus.
Proactively create and drive timelines for assigned projects
Identify, troubleshoot and manage critical data issues and risks
Collaborate with internal teams across various functions and with the key point of contacts from our Strategic Partners to accomplish the goals within agreed timelines.
