You will be part of the OSBU division based in Molex Guadalajara El Salto, joining a skilled automation team focused on developing robust, efficient, and scalable automated processes that support manufacturing operations. Our team is actively involved in supporting rapid growth through new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives, offering exposure to cutting‑edge automation technologies.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate closely with Automation Engineers, production, maintenance, and NPI teams to assemble, install, maintain, and repair automated machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation‑related issues to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
