Elevate customer success with TeamViewer as an Enterprise Account Manager. This remote position involves overseeing about $4M ARR across Northeast enterprise accounts, maximizing renewals and driving growth.
You will take charge of approximately 100 clients, leveraging 2–4 years of relevant experience in Account Management. In this dynamic role, you’ll be expected to proactively ensure high customer adoption, foster long-term relationships, and capitalize on upsell opportunities. You are the steady presence customers rely on for maximizing their product use.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and grow a diverse book of enterprise accounts
• Foster timely adoption and engagement with products
• Accurately forecast renewals and capture them proactively
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Collaborate with sales teams for larger expansions
