You bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role (preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment)


• Strong analytical skills and confidence with systems and reports


• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus or you are willing to learn it


• Reliability – your team can count on you


• Flexibility and the ability to lead teams across multiple operational areas such as picking, packing, and VAS, adapting quickly to changing priorities and team dynamics
