  • You will lead a team of about 8-12 employees, consisting of technicians working in-house and on our projects
  • Employee leadership & development, as well as international project management are your main tasks
  • You prepare your employees for the future through continuous improvement and process optimization
  • You are responsible for your projects in the areas of cost, quality and on-time delivery

  • You have already gained experience as a manager
  • You have several years of experience in IT
  • You have the ability to set goals, to inspire employees and to achieve them together
  • You speak German and English
  • You are internationally on business trips for approx. 20% of the working time
