Introduction

Shimano is looking forward to strengthening our IT Business Integration capability to accelerate digital outcomes across Shimano. As Team leader IT Business Integration, you’ll guide a team of 6 to deliver reliable, scalable SAP BTP integrations, new, business driven integration solutions, and AI capabilities that act as a true business enabler from within IT. You’ll own the roadmap, raise engineering standards, and partner closely with business leaders to translate strategy into secure, high quality products and services.

The Challenge

Lead & develop the team: coach, hire, and grow ahighperforminggroup of integration engineers; set goals, define ways of working, and foster a learning culture.

Own the integration roadmap: prioritize with business stakeholders; plan and deliver features across SAP BTP Integration Suite (e.g., Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh) and adjacent platforms.
