We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing customer service team in Gujrat. As the Team Lead you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our clients. This is a contract position with the potential for permanent employment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their goals
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and systems to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries
