Secretarial Duties

  • Support daily activities of the Team Leaders and project teams

  • Take instructions and respond to emails / letters

  • Arrange internal and external meetings, setup virtual meetings via Teams

  • Receive guests and arrange meeting rooms, refreshments and presentations

  • Handle travel arrangements – flight reservation, hotel accommodation

  • Data entry and update of clients’ database / name cards

  • Cover the reception counter whenever required
  • Tendering Duties

  • Coordination and compilation of bid documents, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications, preparation of presentation materials, reports, specifications, fee & submission proposals for the project team

  • Monitor and track status of projects

  • Attend project meetings and take meeting minutes
