Position Overview:

The Quality Team Member is the entry-level quality execution specialist responsible for supporting quality processes, tracking errors in real-time, and improving process accuracy and efficiency at the operational level. The role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to work independently within business teams, acting as a visible quality ambassador on the floor. This role involves heavy cross-functional coordination with key stakeholders across departments to ensure expected quality outcomes are delivered consistently.

1. Process Support & Compliance

● Follow defined SOPs rigorously and proactively highlight any process gaps with supporting evidence to the Quality Manager.
