As a Team Member, you’ll work in one of our beautiful stores where you’ll:

• Cut fresh fish and prepare ingredients
• Roll maki and create our famous itsu dishes
• Cook with care and precision
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety
• Deliver excellent customer service with a smile

No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Your training will be a mix of hands‑on learning in‑store, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses. This will give you the confidence and skills to shine.
