Job Description

As a Team Member, you’ll be the friendly face on the floor—welcoming customers, supporting play on our machines, serving snacks & drinks, and helping create a great atmosphere from first visit to last spin. You’ll follow clear standards, resolving or escalating issues where needed.

Responsibilities

  • Guest experience – welcome, support and engage customers so every visit feels enjoyable and seamless.
  • Service delivery – keep the venue clean, safe and well‑presented; manage busy periods and ensure standards are kept at all times.
  • Machine support – help customers get started on gaming machines, troubleshoot basic issues, and promote responsible play.
  • Safety & compliance – follow all health & safety, licensing and safer gambling procedures; engage with customers and challenge where necessary.
  • One‑team mindset – work together across the floor, delivering a consistent, high‑quality experience.
